Single Diaphragm Clamping Coupling is a high-precision transmission device that integrates clamping mechanisms with a single diaphragm design. It utilizes high-strength stainless steel diaphragms as elastic elements, achieving keyless shaft locking through tapered clamping sleeves or high-strength screws to ensure zero-backlash power transmission. The diaphragm pack features specially optimized geometric profiles that simultaneously compensate for axial, angular, and radial misalignments while maintaining extremely high torsional stiffness.
This coupling supports operational speeds of up to 15,000 rpm, requires no lubrication or maintenance, and incorporates a built-in stress dispersion structure to effectively prevent shaft end damage.
