联轴器应用-伺服电机

联轴器是伺服系统中连接电机与负载(如滚珠丝杠、皮带轮、编码器)的关键桥梁,其性能直接决定了整个伺服系统的精度、响应速度和稳定性。选型不当会严重制约伺服电机性能的发挥。

一、 核心功能与重要性

  1. 传递动力与运动: 将伺服电机的高精度旋转运动无失真地传递给负载。

  2. 补偿对中误差: 补偿电机轴与负载轴之间不可避免的轴向径向角向安装偏差,保护昂贵的电机和负载轴承。

  3. 抑制振动与吸收冲击: 缓解电机启停、换向时的瞬间冲击,并抑制负载端传来的振动。

  1. 膜片式联轴器(Diaphragm Coupling)

    • 特点: 高性能首选。真正意义上的零背隙高刚性免维护,耐高温。扭矩范围广。

    • 应用: 高精度数控机床、半导体设备、工业机器人关节等对刚性、精度要求极高的场合。

  2. 波纹管联轴器(Bellows Coupling)

    • 特点: 零背隙中等刚性极低惯量高灵敏度

    • 应用: 中小扭矩场合,特别适合连接编码器光栅尺等反馈元件,以及小型、高速的伺服机构。

  3. 梅花式联轴器(Jaw Coupling / Spider Coupling)

    • 特点: 有弹性能减振补偿能力较好。但存在微小弹性背隙,刚性较低。

    • 应用: 对精度要求不高的通用伺服场合,如普通传送带、包装机械等。因其成本较低且能减振,仍有广泛应用。

  4. 螺旋槽联轴器(Helical Beam Coupling)

    • 特点: 零背隙中等补偿能力良好的减振性。但扭转刚度相对较低。

    • 应用: 常用于中小扭矩、需要一定柔性的场合,如测量仪器、轻型自动化设备。

四、 选型总结

为伺服电机选配联轴器,需按以下优先级考虑:

  1. 精度与刚性: 首先确定是否需要绝对零背隙高刚性(如精密定位),选择膜片式或波纹管式。

  2. 扭矩与转速: 匹配联轴器的额定扭矩和最高允许转速,需留有安全余量。

  3. 偏差补偿量: 根据实际安装情况,选择补偿能力足够的型号。

  4. 环境与尺寸: 考虑空间限制、环境温度、是否需要绝缘等。
